Our Mission

Helping and assisting the individual to understand the necessary concepts required to pass their medical licensing exam by following a proven method that has helped hundreds of individuals pass their board exams, in some cases after multiple attempts.

Our Story

After several years of graduating from medical school, we decided to take control and face the medical licensing exams. We have used several study methods, reviews, and resources all without much success. The amount of information was overwhelming and the traditional study methods were not helping to reach the goal. After trying and failing several times, we changed the way to approach the problem but not the goal and developed our own and already proven method, which I have shared with hundreds of people seeing how together we have finally reached our goal.

The Faculty

President of Enlighten Reviews and Lead Instructor Ayeisha Escartin Santana, MD

Dr. Escartin is a physician with a special passion for medical education. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic, after her graduation returned to Puerto Rico where rapidly discovered her passion for teaching and developing others healthcare providers in various disciplines in PR and USA.

VP of Enlighten Reviews and Senior Instructor Omar Berrios Torres, MD, EMT-P

A passionate physician and educator who enjoys the art of helping people in their needs. Dr. Berrios obtained his medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic. Since then he has dedicated himself to the medical care of his patients and the teaching of multiple disciplines in the field of health in Puerto Rico and in the United States where he had the opportunity to tailor and master his favorite discipline in medicine, Cardiology. Currently, Dr. Berrios is in charge of Cardiology courses.

Senior Instructor Luis O. Latorre Castro, MD

Dr. Latorre has participated in multiple scientific research’s projects including DNA sequencing of prokaryotes, molecular analysis of mitochondrial proton pumps of melanoma cells with metastatic potential and research in testicular cancer. Dr. Latorre had earned multiple travel awards for scientific symposia in US and as best presenter in undergraduate scientific meeting. Dr. Latorre has attended more than ten scientific forums (local, national and international) as a speaker/presenter. Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. Dr. Latorre’s passions are medical education, learn new things and help people. Consider himself as a world citizen. Education: -Molecular Biology. Universidad del Turabo.
